摘要
针对我国钢铁行业生产过程中的低效与信息孤岛问题,基于数字孪生技术应用现状,提出一种数字孪生驱动的全生命周期管理体系.该体系包含全流程设计交付、智能运维管理2个维度,分析了数字孪生模型、信息互联模型等在智能轧钢车间体系中的作用,并介绍了数字孪生在智能轧钢车间的应用,助力钢铁企业加快完成数字化与智能化转型.
Abstract
Addressing the issues of inefficiency and information silos in the production processes of China's steel industry,a digital twin-driven lifecycle management system is proposed based on the current application status of digital twin technology.This system encompasses two dimensions:full-process design delivery and intelligent operation and maintenance management.It analyzes the roles of digital twin models,information interconnection models,and other components within the intelligent rolling mill workshop system.Additionally,it introduces the application of digital twins in intelligent rolling mills,aiding steel enterprises in accelerating their digital and intelligent transformation.
