基于检验检测机构数字化服务转型升级的重要性和必要性,推动机构业务流程向线上数字化转型.以浙江省轻工院为例,通过信息技术手段构建"数智轻工"一体化综合服务平台,拓宽云端服务新场景,丰富线上服务新供给,面向企业、产业、区域特别是中小企业提供全链条、全方位、全过程质量基础设施综合服务,实现全业务、多渠道的便捷服务,促进机构高质量发展.对检验检测机构搭建同类一体化综合服务平台具有推广价值和借鉴意义.
Abstract
This article emphasizes the importance and necessity of digital service transformation and upgrading in inspection and testing institutions.It advocates for the transformation of institutional business processes into online digitization.Using the Light Industry Institute as a case study,it showcases the construction of the"Digital Intelligence Light Industry"integrated comprehensive service platform through information technology.This platform expands new cloud service scenarios,enriches new online service supply,and provides full-chain and all-round services to enterprises,industries,regions,especially small and medium-sized enterprises,thereby offering comprehensive quality infrastructure services throughout the entire process.This approach achieves convenient services across all businesses and channels,promoting the high-quality development of institutions.Establishing a similar integrated comprehensive service platform for inspection and testing institutions holds promotional value and reference significance.
