Construction Practice of Digital Standards Library in the Field of Electronic Information
Digitalization of standards is an important means to promote the development of standardization.Guided by the goal of building a standard digital library in the field of electronic information,we fully leverage our research experience in digitalization of standards in the field of electronic information,explore the development path of digitalization of standards in all fields,and have built and launched a digital standard library in the field of electronic information.This article elaborates on the overall architecture of the digital standard library and its main functions for different users.It summarizes the achievements obtained in the construction and operation of the digital standard library at the current stage,and proposes four specific problems that need to be solved to further promote the improvement of the digital standard library.Suggestions for related work are provided to provide reference for promoting the construction of the digital standard library and the digitization of standards.
