围绕提升产业链供应链现代化水平,从阐释产业链供应链的内涵出发,分析标准对于提升产业链供应链韧性和安全的作用,并以电子信息制造业标准图谱研究为例,论述标准图谱对于充分发挥标准提升产业链供应链安全韧性的意义,提出构建产业链标准图谱的具体方法论和实践应用工作举措.
Abstract
To promote the level of modernization of industrial chain supply chain,this paper explains the connotation of the industrial chain and supply chain,analyzes the role of standards in improving the resilience and security of the industrial chain and supply chain.Taking the standard graph of the electronic information manufacturing industry as an example,it discusses the significance of standard graphs in fully leveraging standards to enhance the security and resilience of the industry supply chain,and specific methodologies and practical application measures for constructing industrial chain standard graphs are proposed.
