针对以有害气体泄漏监测为代表的应用场景信息化水平仍然较低、急需提升企业安全管控信息化水平,在对国内外有害气体泄漏监测现状研究及石化企业泄漏原因分析的基础上,面向石化企业对于有害气体泄漏全方位监测需求,以工业互联网平台为依托,在石化企业构建有害气体泄漏监测场景.通过设计场景技术路线、搭建场景应用架构及提取场景技术要素,在提升企业安全监管能力、降低生产风险的同时,加快场景在其他企业的推广与复制.
Research on the Application of Petrochemical Harmful Gas Leakage Monitoring Based on Industrial Internet Platform
The level of informatization in application scenarios represented by harmful gas leakage monitoring is still relatively low,and there is an urgent need to improve the level of informatization in enterprise safety control,based on the research on the current situation of hazardous gas leakage monitoring at home and abroad and the analysis of the causes of leakage in petrochemical enterprises,facing the needs of petrochemical enterprises for comprehensive monitoring of hazardous gas leakage,guided by the national"Industrial Internet+Safe Production"Action Plan,and relying on the industrial internet platform,Establish a scenario for monitoring harmful gas leakage in petrochemical enterprises.By designing a scenario technology roadmap,building a scenario application architecture,and extracting scenario technology elements,we aim to enhance the company's safety supervision capabilities,reduce production risks,and accelerate the promotion and replication of scenarios in other enterprises.
