Research on Building a Well Fit Sub Set of Chinese Coded Character Set for Public Service
In response to the need for well fit sub sets of Chinese encoding character sets in public service scenarios in China,this paper analyzes the history and current status of Chinese characters and their encoding characters,proposes the idea of constructing practical subsets,and discusses possible implementation methods.It also analyzes the bottom-up construction method and top-down construction method,and makes several suggestions on the use of Chinese characters in public service scenarios involving rare characters.
