摘要
为适应当前高价值专利培育与运营发展需要,梳理国内外高价值专利评价的研究现状,从高价值专利市场价值、技术价值、法律价值、战略价值、经济价值5个维度构建2级指标体系,设置了5个一级指标和22个二级指标,利用统计学方法,形成高价值专利评价模型,以进一步促进高价值的专利培育和运用.
Abstract
In order to meet the needs of the current cultivation and operation of high-value patents,this paper starts from the technical value,legal value and market value of high-value patents,and forms a high-value patent evaluation model by constructing a three-level index system and using economic statistics.It will further promote the cultivation and application of high-value patents.
