摘要
基因识别数据具有国家安全、个人隐私、研究开发以及产业应用等多重属性.基因识别数据具有数量巨大、类型多样、应用场景复杂以及相关人员众多等特点.在使用基因识别数据时,要同时兼顾其作为个人信息时的隐私保护,作为研发对象的研究开发的需求以及一定数量时的国家遗传资源保护的必要性.基于GB/T 41806-2022《信息安全技术 基因识别数据安全要求》标准,针对基因识别数据的定位、安全保护现状、相关的立法以及标准体系进行介绍,从而引申出该标准制定的目的、内容和意义,使大众可以更加全面深入地理解该标准.
Abstract
Genetic recognition data has multiple attributes such as national security,personal privacy,scientific research/product development,and industrial applications.genetic recognition data is characterised by huge quantity,diverse types,complex application scenarios and a large number of related persons.When using gene recognition data,it is necessary to take into account the privacy protection when it is used as personal information,the demand for research and development when it is used as research and development objects,and the necessity of protecting national genetic resources when a certain amount of data is used.Based on the standard GB/T 41806-2022"Information security technology-Security requirements of genetic recognition data",this paper introduces the positioning of genetic recognition data,the status quo of security protection,the relevant legislation and the standard system,and thus derives the purpose,content and significance of the formulation of the standard,so as to enable the general public to have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the standard.
