Analysis of Digital Government Standardization Impact Mechanism Based on System Dynamics
Focusing on the needs to enhance governance capacity and public service levels in the development of digital government,this paper employs the system dynamics method to construct a model incorporating key factors such as policy and regulations,technological development,organizational structure,institutional framework,governance capacity,and governance outcomes.Through causal loop diagrams and stock-flow diagrams,the dynamic relationships between these factors are analyzed.Moreover,the model is simulated and empirically tested using the DYNAMO programming language.The empirical results demonstrate that digital government standardization can effectively promote the improvement of policy and regulations,the application of technology,the adjustment of organizational structure,the construction of institutional framework,and the enhancement of governance outcomes,thereby fostering the development and advancement of digital government.
