针对数字时代国内外标准数字化智能化发展的大趋势和军事领域数字化转型发展现状,研究军用标准体系化治理等建设需求,结合我军标准化工作实际,分析了军用标准数字化智能化分析比对、知识服务、辅助研制3类技术应用场景,提出了构建数据资源、加强技术推广、培育服务生态、健全服务制度4个方面数字化智能化发展策略,为军用标准数字化智能化服务发展提供参考.
Abstract
In view of the general trend of digitalization development of standards at home and abroad in the digital era and the status of digital transformation in the military field,this paper analyzes the necessity of digitization transformation of military standards from both the external drive and the internal demand,puts forward three military standard transformation directions,namely,digital form,intelligent application,and networked management,and gives four specific suggestions to promote the implementation of transformation,it provides reference for the digitization transformation and development of military standards.
