摘要
标准数字化转型是当前标准化领域的一大发展趋势.为明确我国标准数字化发展情况、总结典型成果与经验,重点梳理了国际国外标准数字化进展,分析了我国当前面临的标准数字化关键需求,从政策规划、科技研究、组织建设、标准制定、行业实践5个层面系统介绍了已开展的具体工作及重要成效,并为谋划下一阶段标准数字化转型工作提出相关建议.
Abstract
Standards digitization is one of the major development trends in the field of standardization.In order to clarify the development of standards digitization in China and summarize typical achievements and experience,this paper reviewed the international and foreign progress of standards digitization,analyzed the key requirements of standards digitization in China,and systematically introduced the practices and achievements carried out from five dimensions,including policy planning,scientific and technological research,organizational construction,standard development and industry practice.And propounded suggestions for the next stage of standards digitization.
