摘要
为了提升电网标准化管理效率,促进电网业务发展,介绍了电网领域标准数字化转型的背景,详细阐述了包括1个标准知识库、1个标准数字化平台、1个标准中台及N个服务场景在内的电网领域数字化转型总体布局,并探索了电网行业数字标准编写、智能问答等标准化应用,深度嵌入规划设计、招标采购、运维检修等基建生产流程,提升了标准编制效率和知识获取便捷性,充分释放标准价值,为数字电网建设贡献力量.
Abstract
To enhance the efficiency of standardized management and promote the development of power grid operations,this paper introduces the background of the digital transformation of standards in the power grid sector.It elaborates in detail on the overall layout of the digital transformation in the power grid field,which includes one standard knowledge base,one standard digital platform,one standard middle platform,and N service scenarios.The power grid industry has deeply explored standardized applications such as digital standard writing and intelligent Q&A,deeply embedding them into the infrastructure production processes of planning and design,bidding and procurement,and operation and maintenance.This has improved the efficiency of standard formulation and the convenience of knowledge acquisition,fully unleashing the value of standards and contributing to the construction of the digital power grid.
