为了提升数字化对信息系统领域标准贯彻实施的促进作用,阐述了标准数字化的内涵与现状,分析了标准数字化需求,聚焦标准文本数字化和标准化工作数字化的具体实践,从加强标准基础数据建设、研制标准数字化重点标准、开展标准数字化的智能应用研究、大力培养标准数字化创新人才等4个方面提出思考建议,为信息系统及相关领域标准数字化转型提供借鉴和参考,助力标准数字化发挥更多效用.
Abstract
In order to enhance the promoting effect of digitization on the implementation of standards in the field of information systems,this paper elaborates on the connotation of digital standardization,analyzes the current situation and needs of digital standardization,focuses on the specific practice of digitizing standard texts and standardization work,and puts forward thinking suggestions from four aspects:strengthening the construction of standard basic data,developing key standards for standard digitization,conducting intelligent application research on standard digitization,and vigorously cultivating innovative talents in standard education.This provides reference and guidance for the digital transformation of standards in information systems and related fields,and helps to maximize the effectiveness of standard digitization.
