为了推动标准数字化在数据要素市场建设中的应用,分析了我国数据要素市场建设中存在数据标准化程度低、数据安全等问题,提出了标准数字化建设技术路线及发展趋势,探索标准数字化在提升高质量数据供给水平、活跃数据交易市场等数据要素市场中的应用,给出了标准数字化支撑未来数据要素市场发展的建议.
Abstract
In order to promote the construction of standard digitization in the data element market,this paper analyzes the problems of low level of data standardization and data security in the construction of China's data element market.It proposes a technical route and development trend for promoting standard digitization construction,explores the application of standard digitization in improving the level of high-quality data supply,activating the data trading market and other data element markets,and provides suggestions for standard digitization to support the future development of the data element market.
