摘要
针对试验鉴定过程中大多数试验数据没有进一步利用、数据价值没有得到有效提升的问题,在总结试验鉴定领域标准体系基础上,介绍了典型试验数据标准,提出试验数据标准数字化技术思路与实现方法,并基于航空、航天设备试验应用实践进行具体说明.该技术可逐步推广到航发、船舶、兵器等其他高端装备制造领域,也可用于设计数据、生产数据、仿真数据的标准化治理.
Abstract
In response to the problem that most of the test data in the test and evaluation process has not been further utilized and its value has not been effectively improved,on the basis of summarizing the standard system in the field of test and evaluation,this paper introduces typical experimental data standards,proposes digital technology ideas and implementation methods for experimental data standards,and provides specific explanations based on the practical application of aviation and aerospace equipment testing.This technology can be gradually promoted to other high-end equipment manufacturing fields such as aviation,shipbuilding,and weapons,and can also be used for standardized management of design data,production data,and simulation data.
