Focusing on the United States Zero Trust Promotion Plan,this paper introduces the background of the United States in promoting the development of the zero trust security model,analyzes its main contents,introduces the network and environment pillars in the zero trust model,and its four key functions to achieve cyber security:data flow mapping,macro segmentation,micro segmentation and software-defined networking.
