Iorder to improve the ability of intelligent manufacturing,it is urgent to establish a systematic and standardized intelligent manufacturing talent training system.Based on the development characteristics of intelligent manufacturing,this paper analyzes the current situation and challenges of intelligent manufacturing,studies the standardization needs of intelligent manufacturing capability maturity,establishes a standardized talent training system for intelligent manufacturing,and elaborates on the construction and application of intelligent manufacturing talent training system,so as to effectively solve the shortage of high-end skilled talents and compound talents in the field of intelligent manufacturing.
