The upgrade and reconstruction of the provincial government service platform will have a wide-ranging impact on the external business systems that have already been connected,and it is necessary to minimize this impact in the platform reconstruction.In order to achieve this goal,this article takes the Henan Provincial Government Service Platform as an example,analyzes the national policy documents and key platform improvement needs,conducts in-depth research on the reconstruction needs and external impacts of the core system,proposes four possible construction plans,provides detailed descriptions and comparative evaluations of each plan,selects suitable plans according to different systems,and finally achieves practical application in platform upgrade and reconstruction.
