县级智慧城市时空大数据平台研究与应用——以滕州为例

为进一步推动智慧城市建设,探索县级智慧城市时空大数据平台建设经验,以智慧滕州时空大数据平台建设为例,建立了时空大数据平台的逻辑架构,汇聚了城市基础时空数据、物联网实时感知数据、互联网在线抓取数据、公共专题数据及滕州市特色数据等五大类数据,采用矢量瓦片技术、三维场景快速显示及二三维一体化技术、多分辨率实景三维数据融合表达等关键技术,建立了分布式的时空大数据中心,研发了时空大数据平台终端,并分析了在自然资源管理、智慧政务、智慧警务等领域的应用示范,为县级城市智慧城市时空大数据平台的研究和应用提供参考.
Research and Application of Spatiotemporal Big Data Platform for County-level Smart Cities-A Case of Tengzhou City
In order tofurther promote the construction of smart cities and explore the experience in the construction of the county-level smart city spatio-temporal big data platform,taking the construction of the smart Tengzhou spatio-temporal big data platform as an example,it established the logical architecture of the spatio-temporal big data platform,and gathered five categories of data,including city basic spatiotemporal data,public thematic data,online capture data of the Internet,intelligent perception data of the Internet of Things and local characteristic data of Tengzhou,and adopted key technologies such as vector tile technology,three-dimensional scene rapid display and two-dimensional and three-dimensional integration technology,multi-resolution real 3D data fusion and expression,and established a distributed spatiotemporal big data center,developed a desktop and mobile version of the spatiotemporal big data platform,and developed its in-depth applications in natural resource management,government big data display,police and other fields,providing reference for the research and application of the spatiotemporal big data platform for smart city in county-level cities.
