摘要

针对全球气候变化日益严峻的问题,在充分调研我国"双碳"政策的基础上,介绍了工业园区低碳发展的重要性,并基于现有绿色低碳园区评价标准,提出了低碳工业园区评价指标体系,该体系主要包括资源利用低碳化、能源利用低碳化、建筑设施低碳化、生产过程低碳化、交通运输低碳化、主导产业低碳化、运行管理低碳化、碳消除碳抵消8个方面,为工业园区的低碳评价提供标准依据.

Abstract

In response to the increasingly severe problem of global climate change,based on a thorough investigation of China's"dual carbon"policy,the importance of low-carbon development in industrial parks is introduced.Based on the existing evaluation standards for green low-carbon parks,an evaluation index system for low-carbon industrial parks is proposed,which mainly includes eight aspects:low-carbon resource utilization,low-carbon energy utilization,low-carbon building facilities,low-carbon production processes,low-carbon transportation,low-carbon leading industries,low-carbon operation and management,and carbon elimination and offset.This system provides a standard basis for low-carbon evaluation of industrial parks.
