聚焦电子化学品前驱体产品、产业、标准,介绍电子化学品前驱体产品分类方式,对电子化学品前驱体产业的国内外现状、市场集中度进行研究,对其国内外标准化现状进行分析,给出电子化学品前驱体标准的重点发展方向,提出我国标准化工作发展建议.
Abstract
Focusing on the products,industry,and standards of electronic chemicals precursor,this paper introduces the classification of precursor products of electronic chemicals,studies the industrial status and market concentration of precursor products of electronic chemicals at home and abroad,and analyzes the standard system and the status quo of domestic and foreign standards,gives the key development direction of precursor standard,and puts forward the suggestion of standardization development in our country is put forward.
