电位滴定法测定三元正极材料中镍钴锰的含量

摘要
建立一种采用电位滴定法测试三元正极材料中镍、钴和锰含量的方法.使用电位滴定仪,用乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)滴定镍钴锰总量,高锰酸钾直接滴定锰含量;铁氰化钾返滴定钴含量;差减法计算镍含量.实验结果显示,该方法回收率在98.5%~101.3%之间,重复性RSD<0.66%,方法重复性和准确度较好,自动简便,便于推广.
Abstract
The test methods was established to get the content of Nickel,cobalt and manganese in Ternary cathode material by Potentiometric Titration is studied.The DETA was used to determinate the total content of three metal.The content of Mn was test by potassium permanganate,the content of Co was back titrated by Potassium ferricyanide and the content of Ni was gain by subtraction method.The Potentiometric Titration results show that the recovery of the method is between 98.5%~101.3%,the relative standard deviation is less than 0.66%.The method has the advantage of good accuracy,good repeatability,actual and an appropriate choice of analysis conditions.
