Problems and Solution Ideas of Carbon Footprint Accounting for Photovoltaic Products
This paper addresses the challenges encountered in carbon footprint accounting for photovoltaic(PV)products in China, amidst the context of international green trade barriers and the looming wave of PV module retirements. It focuses on analyzing the impacts of technical barriers, accounting systems, and the development of recycling industries on PV product exports. The study elaborates on strategies to promote the coordinated development of industrial and supply chains, the formulation of carbon footprint standards alongside database construction, and the establishment of comprehensive recycling standards and policy frameworks for PV modules. This research aims to provide insights and guidance for the green,low-carbon,and circular development of China's PV industry, thereby contributing to the realization of the country's"dual carbon"goals.
