To address the challenges faced by enterprises in cloud selection,migration and efficiency evaluation during their journey to the cloud,and to better support the healthy and sustainable development of the cloud computing industry,the China Construction Bank Corporation and China Electronics Standardization Institute has taken the lead in revising GB/T 32399-2015"Information technology-Cloud computing-Reference architecture".This paper focuses on interpreting the national standard GB/T 32399-2024"Information technology-Cloud computing-Reference architecture",including concepts of cloud computing reference architecture,user view,functional view,implementation view,deployment view,and 15 cross-cutting aspects.It also analyzes the main content of this revision and expounds on the methods and significance of the promotion and application of the standard.It is expected that the implementation of this standard will promote the innovative development of cloud computing technology,empower new industrialization,enhance new-quality productivity,and promote the healthy development of the digital economy.
