Standard Interpretation of General Requirements for Enterprise Cloudification Migration Capabilities
As the degree of cloud computing adoption increases,enterprises face key challenges such as business interruption,complex business scenarios and system interdependencies,complex and low-efficiency migration operations,high migration costs and risks,etc.To fill the gap in the standard requirements for cloud migration scenarios,the"Information technology-Cloud computing-General requirements for cloud migration capabilities of enterprises"standard was developed.This paper introduces the enterprise cloud migration capability framework and elaborates on the requirements for cloud physical resources and analysis,migration planning and design,migration drills and implementation,migration acceptance and delivery,and risk management during migration.It also analyzes the promotion and application of the standard to help the orderly development of cloud migration work.
