摘要
为规范和指导烟草工业企业数字化技术应用、标准编制和管理,提升企业数字化基础能力,在分析借鉴军用电子、烟草、航空、航天、船舶等行业及企业数字化技术标准体系研究的基础上,提出一种烟草工业企业数字化技术标准体系框架,其包括"通用共性、基础平台、中台服务、应用系统"4层.基于本文建立的数字化技术标准体系,湖南中烟实现了企业标准的体系化、流程化和数字化管理,促进了标准编制与应用的融合,更好地发挥了标准体系在企业数字化转型过程中的支撑作用.结果表明本文建立的烟草工业企业数字化技术标准体系具有较强的实用性.
Abstract
To standardize and guide the application,standard formulation,and management of digital technology in tobacco industry enterprises,based on the analysis of digital technology standard systems for industries and enterprises,such as military electronics,tobacco,aviation,aerospace,and shipbuilding,a digital technology standard system framework for tobacco industry enterprises is proposed in this paper,which includes four layers:"basic commonalities,basic resources,supporting platforms and application systems".Based on the digital technology standard system established in this paper,China Tobacco Hunan Industrial Co.,Ltd.has achieved systematic,procedural,and digital management of enterprise standards,promoting the integration of standard preparation and application,and better playing the supporting role of standard system in the process of enterprise digital transformation.The results indicate that the digital technology standard system for tobacco industry enterprises established in this paper has good practicality.
