Abstract
This paper studies the current status,characteristics and application scenarios of data annotation technology in artificial intelligence large models,focusing on the research of data annotation industry.It summarizes the main types of data annotation technology and the challenges it faces,and further verifies the actual application and achievements of automated data annotation technology in artificial intelligence models through case studies.It also looks forward to the future technological trends.
