摘要
针对企业数字化转型的任务和需求,阐述了数字化模型的构成要素和分类,提出了企业经营管理、生产运行、财务管理、人力资源管理等普遍存在的重要业务领域进行数字化模型设计的方法.对模型建立后,企业管理的变革和模型治理进行了系统分析,并给出了企业数字化模型的设计原则以及迭代推进数字化模型治理的合理建议.
Abstract
In response to the tasks and requirements of enterprise digital transformation,this article elaborates on the constituent elements and classifications of digital models,and proposes digital model design methods for important business areas such as enterprise management,production and operation,financial management,and human resources management.A systematic analysis is conducted on the changes in enterprise management and model governance after the establishment of the model,and design principles for enterprise digital models and reasonable suggestions for iteratively promoting digital model governance are provided.
