基于标准的软件预算估算方法研究

摘要
针对上海烟草集团信息化项目亟需科学统一的软件预算估算方法这一问题,参考软件成本度量的5类方法,提出一种基于GB/T 36964-2018《软件工程 软件开发成本度量规范》和GB/T 42588-2023《系统与软件工程 功能规模测量 NESMA方法》的软件预算估算方法,并采用量化分析开展软件预算估算方法的适用性验证.经验证,证明该方法可有效指导上海烟草集团未来多阶段、多类型信息化项目的软件预算估算工作.
Abstract
In response to the urgent need for a scientific and unified software budget estimation method in the informationization project of Shanghai Tobacco Group,this paper references the five categories of software cost measurement methods and proposes a software budget estimation method based on GB/T 36964-2018"Software engineering-Specification for software development cost measurement"and GB/T 42588-2023"Systems and software engineering-Functional size measurement-NESMA method".The paper also conducts a quantitative analysis to verify the suitability of the software budget estimation method.Verified,proving that it can effectively guide the software budget estimation work of Shanghai Tobacco Group's future multi-stage and multi-type informationization projects.
