当前,国际环境复杂多变,合规逐渐成为企业参与国际市场、遵循贸易规则的重要竞争点,法治与合规建设标准化已成为强化行业管理、提升企业竞争力的重要手段.围绕合规标准化建设,分析国内外法治与合规标准化背景,构建工业和信息化领域法治与合规标准体系,为推进工业和信息化法治政府建设、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化提供支撑.
Abstract
At present,the international environment is characterized by turmoil and complexity,and compliance is becoming an increasingly important competitive advantage for businesses participating in the international market and adhering to trade rules.The standardization of legal and compliance construction has become an important means of strengthening industry management and enhancing corporate competitiveness.Based on the construction of compliance standardization,this paper analyzes the background of legal and compliance standardization at home and abroad,constructs a legal and compliance standard system in the field of industry and information technology,and provides support for promoting the construction of the law-based government in industry and information technology and the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.
