为了全面提高我国网络安全从业人员整体专业基础知识和技术能力,提出运用GB/T 42446-2023《信息安全技术 网络安全从业人员能力基本要求》标准开展网络安全从业人员在职培训,分析标准应用方式与方法,总结标准实践成效,从而为全国党政机关及关键信息基础设施规模化开展网络安全从业人员培训提供参考经验.
Abstract
In order to comprehensively improve the overall professional basic knowledge and technical ability of cyber security practitioners in China,this paper proposes to use the GB/T 42446-2023"Information security technology-Basic requirements for competence of cybersecurity workforce"standard to carry out on-the-job training for network security practitioners,analyze the ways and methods of standard application,summarize the effectiveness of standard practice,and provide reference experience for the large-scale training of network security practitioners in national government agencies and critical information infrastructure.
