摘要
针对网络预约汽车服务的数据安全风险,研制国家标准GB/T 42017-2022《信息安全技术 网络预约汽车服务数据安全要求》,并通过试点验证、行业贯标、评估认证等系统性举措,解决网约车行业数据收集和使用的安全保护问题,形成标准化引领行业发展的机制,强化网络预约汽车服务提供者数据安全保护责任,在确保数据安全的基础上推动网约车平台经济的健康发展.
Abstract
In view of the data security risks of online ride-hailing services,the national standard GB/T 42017-2022"Information security technology-Data security requirements for online ride-hailing services"has been formulated,and through practice verification,industry implementation,evaluation and certification and other systematic measures to solve the security protection problems of data collection and use in the online ride-hailing industry.Form a mechanism for standardization to lead the development of the industry,strengthen the responsibility for data security protection of online ride-hailing service providers,and promote the healthy development of the economy of online ride-hailing platform on the basis of ensuring data security.
