摘要
随着数字化发展的不断深入,金融领域数据资产和关键信息基础设施作为国家重要战略资源,面临严峻的网络安全和数据安全风险.金融机构以国家网络安全标准为"基石",数据安全标准为"魂",构建网络安全和数据安全相融合的金融数据安全治理体系,覆盖数据全生命周期,贯穿数据安全管理全流程,指导系统安全设计开发,实现数据安全保护,防范数据安全风险,满足监管合规要求,助力金融数字化转型和数字经济战略高质量发展.
Abstract
With the continuous deepening of digital development,data assets and key information infrastructure in the financial sector,as important strategic resources of the country,face severe cybersecurity and data security risks.Financial institutions take national cybersecurity standards as the"cornerstone",and data security standards as the"soul",to build a financial data security governance system that integrates cybersecurity and data security,for covering the entire life cycle of data,running through the entire process of data security management,guiding the development of system security design,achieving data security protection,preventing data security risks,meeting regulatory compliance requirements,and assisting in the digital transformation of finance and high-quality development of digital economy strategies.
