围绕视频App中应用需求,基于GB/T 42574-2023《信息安全技术 个人信息处理中告知和同意的实施指南》等国家标准,在处理用户的个人信息前,向用户告知处理规则,取得用户同意.实现了对移动互联网用户的个人信息保护和用户权益保障,为移动互联网信息服务中的个人信息保护提供了示范效应,提高了用户参与移动互联网信息服务的意愿,提升用户活跃度,助力数字经济快速发展.
Abstract
Focusing on application requirements in video apps,national standards including GB/T 42574-2023"Information security technology-Implementation guidelines for notices and consent in personal information processing"are used.Before processing the user's personal information,the user is informed of the processing rules and the user's consent is obtained.It realizes the protection of personal information and the protection of user rights for mobile internet users,provides demonstration effects for the protection of personal information in the mobile Internet information services,increases users'willingness to participate in the mobile internet information services,increases users'activity and help the rapid development of the digital economy.
