This paper conducts in-depth research and exploration on 4G/5G MRO data,focusing on utilizing the UE-reported service cell and corresponding 4G/5G neighbor cell information in MRO data,to innovate and apply in four aspects:load balancing optimization,interoperation parameter optimization,indoor 4G/5G co-coverage evaluation,and reverse positioning of same-frequency interference cells.The proposed solution has been effectively piloted in the live network,demonstrating its low cost,accurate positioning using massive UE measurement data,low latency leveraging the capabilities of the proprietary big data platform,and higher efficiency in intelligent analysis through the backend's middle platform.
