摘要

卫星网络和蜂窝网络融合的天地一体化网络是6G移动通信技术的重要演进方向.NTN是3GPP制定的基于5G新空口技术的终端与卫星直接通信技术,推进了蜂窝网络和卫星网络融合的发展.移动性技术是NTN研究中的核心问题之一,文章针对NTN小区间的重选、NTN小区和TN小区间的重选以及NTN小区间的切换进行了研究,分析NTN小区间重选的测量触发机制和重选参数的信令流程方案,以及NTN小区和TN小区间的重选解决方案.同时,文章研究NTN小区间切换中的信令风暴问题的解决方案.最后,提出NTN移动性在网联无人机中的一种应用.

Abstract

The integration of satellite network and cellular network is a crucial evolution direction of 6G. NTN is a direct communication technology between terminals and satellites based on NR (New Radio) formulated by 3GPP,which advances the integration of cellular network and satellite network. Mobility technology is one of the core issues in NTN research. This paper focuses on the cell reselection between NTN cells,the reselection between NTN cells and TN cells,and the handover between NTN cells. It analyzes the measurement triggering mechanism and signaling for the reselection between NTN cells,as well as the reselection solution between NTN cells and TN cells. Meanwhile,this paper investigates the solution to the signaling overhead in handover between NTN cells. Finally,this paper proposes an application of NTN mobility in connected unmanned aerial vehicles.
