摘要

随着天地一体通信、人工智能和数字经济的快速发展,算力成为全新生产力,不同的应用场景对算力和性能的要求不同,使得算力资源呈多元异构和泛在互联,以满足日益增长的算力需求.文章面向天地一体,从天地协同的角度出发,阐述异构算力的关键技术,提出面向天地一体场景下的地面异构算力调度平台,并结合卫星互联网实现天地协同、广覆盖、全连接、多领域的应用,为后续算力的星地互联提供方向指引.

Abstract

With the rapid development of integrated space and ground communication,artificial intelligence,and the digital economy,computing power has become a new productivity. Different application scenarios have different requirements for computing power and performance,making computing power resources diversified,heterogeneous,and widely interconnected to meet the growing demand for computing power. This article focuses on the integrated space and ground concept,and expounds on the key technologies of heterogeneous computing power from the perspective of space-ground collaboration. It proposes a ground-based heterogeneous computing power scheduling platform for the integrated space and ground scenario,and combines satellite internet to achieve space-ground collaboration,wide coverage,full connectivity,and multi-domain applications,providing guidance for the subsequent interconnection of computing power between space and ground.
