Visual Modeling Design of Indoor Objects Based on VR Technology
In the process of indoor object modeling, the determination and adjustment of each modeling parameter requires a lot of calculation, which makes the visual modeling of indoor objects take a long time.In order to improve modeling efficiency,a visual modeling method of indoor objects based on Virtual Reality(VR)technology is proposed. After calibration,3D scanner and camera are used to capture indoor object images, and binary processing is used to extract object boundary contour.According to the principle of binocular perception,a visual channel with the core of enhancing realism is established.Use VR technology to build a 3D virtual scene, use multi-level detail models to build 3D geometric models of indoor objects in the virtual scene, and achieve intelligent adjustment of modeling parameters through VR interactive processing.Combining the slow culling algorithm and volume rendering method, the model is rendered to complete the object visualization modeling. The experimental results show that the average time of each modeling phase is 3 s,and the total modeling time is 18 s,which meets the timeliness requirements of visual modeling.
