Low-power Deployment Method for Heterogeneous Service Function Chain of Software-defined Wireless Network
Due to the limitation of node performance and power consumption, when deploying heterogeneous service func-tional chains in wireless networks, the deployment effect is usually poor due to the lack of evaluation of node importance. In this paper,a low-power deployment method of heterogeneous service function chain in software-defined wireless network is proposed.Firstly, topology awareness is realized by obtaining the content of network protocol, and the correlation between node importance and the number of node links is constructed to calculate the importance of network nodes. Then, the original service function chain is divided into several independent service functions, and the objective function constructed with the highest node integration and the lowest network power consumption is used as the solution to the mapping scheme, and the service functions are mapped to physical nodes.Using the programming interface of SDN controller, the results of functional chain decomposition and mapping are transformed into network configuration instructions. Finally the mapping relationship between the traffic demand information of the switch and the nodes to be deployed is constructed,so as to realize low-power deployment. In the experiment, the deployment effect of the proposed service function chain deployment method is tested. The final test results show that the power consumption of the software defined wireless network is lower and the deployment effect is ideal after the proposed method is used to simulate the deployment of the service function chain.
