图像优化在红外热成像电机故障诊断中的应用

摘要
针对外界噪声造成红外图像不够清晰的问题,以红外热成像在电机故障诊断的应用为例,对采集的红外电机图片分别采用高斯滤波优化、中值滤波优化、TV正则法 3种方法对原始图片进行优化,结果表明,3种方法都能很好地提高原始图片的清晰度,其中中值滤波的优化方法在提高清晰度上效果最佳.
Abstract
Aiming at the problem that infrared images are not clear enough due to the noise caused by external reasons,taking the application of infrared thermal imaging in motor fault diagnosis as an example,three methods of Gaussian filter optimi-zation,median filter optimization and TV regular method are used to optimize the original images of infrared motor images collected.The results show that three methods can improve the sharpness of the original image,and the optimization method of median filter has the best effect in improving the sharpness.
