摘要

为研究地铁盾构管片接缝弹性防水密封垫的防水性,以天津地铁 6 号线渌水道站—双港站区间盾构项目为研究背景,采用有限元数值模拟方式,研究了材料硬度、接缝张开量、各种开孔形式和填充率对弹性防水密封垫闭合压力和防水性能的有关影响,并对管片接缝弹性防水密封垫进行了防水性能试验.研究结果表明,接缝防水性能优劣受到装配闭合力、弹性防水密封垫参数、接缝张开量、错台量等因素影响,在装配闭合力、弹性防水密封垫参数一致的情况下,接缝张开量的增大和错台量的增大均会削弱弹性防水密封垫的防水性能.

Abstract

In order to study the waterproof performance of the elastic waterproof sealing gasket for the joint of the shield seg-ment of the subway,the paper takes interval shield project of Tianjin Metro Line 6 from the Lushuidao station to Shuanggang Station as the research background,and through finite element numerical simulation,studies the relevant effects of Hardness,joint opening,various opening forms and filling rates on the closing pressure and waterproof performance of the elastic water-proof sealing gasket in turn.And waterproof performance tests were conducted on the elastic waterproof sealing gasket at the joint of the pipe segment.The research results indicate that the waterproof performance of joints is greatly influenced by factors such as assembly closing force,elastic waterproof sealing pad parameters,joint opening amount,and misalignment amount;When the parameters of the assembly closing force and elastic waterproof sealing gasket are consistent,the increase in seam opening and misalignment will weaken the waterproof performance of the elastic waterproof sealing gasket.
