摘要
为研究 7N01铝合金薄板搅拌摩擦焊接头的力学性能,进行 7N01铝合金薄板搅拌摩擦焊接头的强度、撕裂性能、疲劳性能等力学性能试验.结果表明:7N01 铝合金薄板搅拌摩擦焊接头抗拉强度为351.8 MPa,达到母材强度的81%;接头焊缝的纵向抗启裂性能较差;接头疲劳极限为70 MPa,需通过优化焊接工艺参数提高疲劳性能.
Abstract
The mechanical properties of FSW joint of 7N01 aluminum alloy sheet,such as strength,tear and fatigue,were tested.The results show that the tensile strength of the FSW joint of 7N01 aluminum alloy sheet is 351.8MPa,which is 81% of the strength of the base material.The longitudinal crack resistance of the joint weld is poor.The fatigue limit of the joint is 70 MPa,and the fatigue performance should be improved by optimizing the welding process parameters.
