Bioinformatics of Varicella Zoster Virus Elycoprotein E and Its Expression in Insect Cells
The physical and chemical characteristics,hydrophobicity,transmembrane region,signal peptide,secondary and tertiary structure of varicella zoster virus glycoprotein E were predicted by bioinformatics software.Protein express of varicella zoster virus glycoprotein E was identified by indirect immunofluorescence assay in insect cells infected by recombinant baculo-virus virus integrating the target gene.This study provides a basis for further study of the biological characteristics of varicella zoster virus.
