Effect of Solid Waste Superfine Admixture on Properties of Mortar
In order to solve the problem of rational utilization of industrial solid wastes, three kinds of solid wastes included fly ash, slag and granite powder were studied in the Qilian Mountains area of Gansu Tianlong Railway. The mechanical activation experiment was carried out to study the effect of superfine solid waste admixture on the properties of mortar. It is found that the critical point to improve the activity is mechanical grinding for 60 minutes, and the best effect can be obtained when the ratio of fly ash, slag and granite powder is 45:20:35,and the increase of the proportion of superfine mineral admixtures will have an effect on the fluidity and 28-day compressive strength of cement mortar. The addition of cement clinker and desulphurization gypsum plays an active role to optimize the properties of compound mortar.
