基于BIM技术的建筑施工全过程造价自适应控制

针对建筑施工造价控制难度较高的问题,提出基于建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术的建筑施工全过程造价自适应控制。根据BIM统一数据标准(IFC),构建构件数据库并定义约束函数,实时反映设计变更和材料价格波动,提高成本预测的精确度,使得造价控制能够快速适应动态变化。建立造价自适应控制模型,结合项目管理、造价控制和项目优化,动态模拟和管理全过程造价,通过遗传算法求解模型,找到最优造价参数组合,实现建筑施工全过程造价的自适应控制。结果表明,所提方法可以用于预估建筑施工全过程的造价,借助BIM技术的控制模型实现建筑施工全过程的动态管理。
Adaptive Cost Control Throughout the Entire Construction Process Based on BIM Technology
Aiming at the problem of high difficulty in controlling construction costs,this paper proposes an adaptive cost control system for the entire construction process based on BIM technology.Establish the BIM Unified Data Standard(IFC),build a component database and define constraint functions to reflect design changes and material price fluctuations in real time,im-prove the accuracy of cost forecasting,and enable cost control to quickly adapt to dynamic changes.Establish a cost adaptive control model that combines project management,cost control,and project optimization to dynamically simulate and manage the entire cost process;By using genetic algorithm to solve the model and find the optimal combination of cost parameters,adaptive control of the entire construction process cost can be achieved.The experimental results show that the proposed meth-od can estimate the cost of the entire construction process and achieving dynamic management of the whole construction with the help of the control model of BIM technology.
