With the improvement of computer computing power and the popularization of smart devices,all aspects of social life have gradually entered the era of intelligence.As the document information center of universities,university libraries need to carry out intelligent transformation to improve service quality.With the help of intelligent question and answer technology,this paper designs a library intelligent question and answer system based on Natural Language Processing(NLP),innovates the library reference service model,and improves the library service level and efficiency.
