基于大数据和人工智能的矿山安全预警与监控

为提高矿山的安全管理水平,保证矿山安全生产,提出基于大数据和人工智能的矿山安全预警与监控方法.该方法以大数据采集层获取的矿山安全数据为基础,通过大数据处理层中的加权深度森林挖掘数据中的离群数据,并基于主成分分析(Principal Component Analysis,PCA)方法完成矿山安全大数据降维后,将该数据输入大数据分析层的长短期记忆网络(Long Short-Term Memory,LSTM)组合模型中,预测矿山安全情况,并通过大数据可视化层发送安全预警.测试结果表明,该方法能够完成矿山安全预警与监控,并确定安全风险源.
Mine Safety Early Warning and Monitoring Based on Big Data and Artificial Intelligence
To improve the safety management level of mines and ensure safe production,a mining safety warning and monitoring method based on big data and artificial intelligence is proposed.This method is based on the mining safety data obtained from the big data collection layer,and uses outlier data from the weighted deep forest mining data in the big data processing layer.After completing the dimensionality reduction of mining safety big data based on the Principal Component Analysis(PCA)method,the data is input into the Long Short Term Memory(LSTM)combination model in the big data analysis layer to predict the mining safety situation,And send security alerts through the big data visualization layer.The test results show that this method can complete mine safety warning and monitoring,and determine the sources of safety risks.
