摘要

视频辅助着舰系统是舰载机着舰过程中飞行员所依仗的关键系统之一,对其使用效能评价结果的客观性不仅影响飞行员的日常使用,还是着舰飞行安全的重要保障.文章采用德尔菲法和相对比较法,建立视频辅助着舰系统的评估指标体系.针对系统的层次性和信息不完全性,采用灰色层次分析法建立评估模型.该方法有效结合了专家的权威性和算法的客观性,给出了客观有效的评估结果.

Abstract

The video-assisted landing system is one of the key systems that pilots rely on during the landing of carrier-based aircraft.The objectivity of its performance evaluation results not only affects the daliy use of pilots,but also an important guarantee for the safety of landing flights.In this paper,the evaluation index system of the video-assisted landing system is established by using the delphi method and the relative comparison method.In view of the hierarchy and information incompleteness of the system,an evaluation model is established by using grey analytic hierarchy process.The method effectively combines the authority of experts and the objectivity of algorithms,and gives objective and effective evaluation results.
