为提升视频监控系统的性能和稳定性,优化视频流畅性与清晰度,开展了基于云计算的分布式智慧校园视频监控系统设计及应用研究.文章首先选用红外网络摄像机、全高清编码器、数据传输设备作为系统的硬件,创建良好的硬件环境;其次利用云计算,设计分布式智慧校园视频监控动态目标检测算法,检测异常动态目标;最后压缩编码视频数据,采取相应的视频传输方式传输视频,建立系统数据库,存储与管理视频数据.系统测试结果表明,提出的系统具有较高的运行性能,视频帧率较高,系统每秒钟传输的图像数量较多,视频的流畅性和清晰度得到了显著提升.
Design and Application of Distributed Intelligent Campus Video Surveillance System Based on Cloud Computing
In order to improve the performance and stability of the video surveillance system and optimize the video fluency and clarity,the design and application research of the distributed intelligent campus video surveillance system based on cloud computing is carried out.Select the infrared network camera,full high definition encoder,data transmission equipment as the hardware of the system,to create a good hardware environment.Secondly,use cloud computing to design distributed intelligent campus video monitoring dynamic target detection algorithm to detect abnormal dynamic target,compress and encode video data,adopt corresponding video transmission mode,and establish system database to store and manage video data.The system test results show that the proposed system has high operating performance,high video frame rate,a large number of images transmitted per second,and the fluency and clarity of the video are significantly improved.
