In the current digital era,the traditional conference mode is facing a series of challenges,such as cumbersome conference affairs,chaotic information management,and low inefficiency.With the rapid development of information technology,the smart conference system has gained widespread attention as an emerging solution for meeting management in enterprises and organizations.In order to improve the efficiency of conference holding in enterprises and institutions,a set of smart conference system supporting the whole process of conference management is designed with paperless office,conference automation and information integration as the main requirements.This system integrates the entire process of both online and offline meetings,providing users with a more convenient and efficient meeting experience.
